These Terms and Conditions govern your use of viravesso.io and your subscription to ViraOps. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Viravesso, operated by Catarina Mestre, is a business registered in Portugal as an independent contractor.

We operate the ViraOps knowledge subscription at viravesso.io. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Viravesso. References to "you" or "member" mean the individual or entity subscribing to ViraOps.

2. The subscription

ViraOps is a B2B knowledge subscription. It provides ongoing access to practical AI content for small and mid-sized business teams. Subscription tiers, content types, and features are described on our pricing page and may be updated over time.

A subscription is not a software licence, a course with certification, or a consultancy engagement.

3. Account and team access

Each subscription covers a team licence of 5 seats. Additional seats are not available at the moment.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share login access with individuals outside your licensed seats. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. Free trial

New subscribers are entitled to a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to limit free trial access to one trial per company or email domain.

5. Pricing and billing

Current pricing:

  • Monthly: €89/month (5-seat team licence)

  • Annual: €890/year (5-seat team licence)

  • Founding member offer: 30% off for the first 30 founding members with code VIRANEW2026 (€62.30/month or €623/year)

All prices are in euros and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Billing is managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected. You will receive a receipt for each payment.

We reserve the right to update pricing. If pricing changes, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to member content until that date.

Annual subscribers who cancel part-way through their term will retain access until the end of the paid year. No partial refunds are issued for unused months on annual plans.

7. Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription payments once a billing period has begun.

For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment and have not made material use of the subscription content, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Free trial subscribers are not entitled to a refund as no payment is taken during the trial period.

To request a refund, contact us at info@viravesso.io with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Portuguese or EU consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All content within ViraOps, including but not exclusively briefings, playbooks, prompts, templates, and guides, is the intellectual property of Viravesso, operated by Catarina Mestre.

You may use, adapt, and apply content within your own business. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share content outside your licensed team without written permission from Viravesso.

9. Acceptable use

By subscribing, you agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with unlicensed users

  • Reproduce or distribute ViraOps content commercially

  • Use the platform or content in any way that is unlawful or harmful

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content in bulk

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Availablity and changes to the product

We aim to maintain reliable access to ViraOps. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

We may update, add, or remove content types and features over time. We will communicate material changes to active members in advance.

11. Limitation of liability

ViraOps provides knowledge and information. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply any content within your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viravesso's liability to you is limited to the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ViraOps will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
