What's the difference between Viravesso and ViraOps?
Viravesso is the company. ViraOps is our first product: a knowledge subscription for small teams putting AI to work. If you are here for practical AI guidance for your business, ViraOps is what you are signing up for.
Does Viravesso take a position on responsible AI?
Yes, and it shapes everything we publish. We are not here to sell AI as the answer to everything. We are honest about where it falls short, where human judgement still wins, and where the risks are real. We also commit 1% of revenue to non-profits working on digital equity and ethical technology. Is this another AI newsletter or ChatGPT wrapper?
No. AI news tells you what exists. ChatGPT helps you do tasks. ViraOps tells you what is actually worth using, how to build it into your team's workflow, and what to avoid. It is the layer between knowing AI is relevant and knowing what to do about it on Monday morning.
Do I need technical skills to use ViraOps?
No. ViraOps is built for teams without a technical background. Content is written in plain language, and every workflow, prompt, and playbook is designed to be picked up and used without developer support or prior AI experience.
What does a ViraOps membership include?
A weekly briefing every Monday and a new workflow playbook every month. Then a library that is always open: the Tool Tracker, AI Foundations, and the Bench. The Bench holds small tools you finish in one sitting, like drafting copy or auditing what your team pays for. Everything is filtered to your industry and the work areas you choose, so none of it is generic.
How often is content updated?
You get something new every week. Briefings go out every Monday. Playbooks and library updates usually land at the start of the month. When something significant breaks before then, we publish it as soon as we can.
How do I know the content stays current?
Every piece carries a published date. When something goes out of date we update it, mark it as superseded, or remove it. The Tool Tracker is re-scored as tools change, so a review you read in March is not the one sitting there in September.
Can more than one person on my team access?
Yes. Every ViraOps plan is a 5-seat team licence, so five people can access the membership under one subscription. Each seat gets its own dashboard, filtered to the work that person actually does. AI adoption works better as a team effort than as one person learning in isolation.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After your trial ends, your subscription starts at €89/month. You will receive a reminder a few days before the trial period closes. If we're not the right fit, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Is ViraOps available for my industry?
ViraOps was built first for marketing and creative agencies. Legal and professional services is next, then retail and e-commerce. If your industry is not on that list, send us a message and we will tell you when it opens.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Account management runs through Outseta. We do not store payment card details. We also have no access to your client data, internal documents, or business content; what you do inside your business stays there. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the monthly plan. You can cancel any time from your account settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
What if I want to have more than 5 people?
We do not sell add-on seats at the moment. If you need more than five people on ViraOps, the workaround is a second subscription for the next five. Tell us if you hit that ceiling. It is the clearest signal we have that we should build proper team plans.
