# Viravesso

> Viravesso is an independent AI knowledge company based in Portugal, founded in 2026 by Catarina Mestre. Its product, ViraOps, is a five-seat subscription that gives small marketing and creative agency teams practical AI guidance: weekly briefings, monthly workflow playbooks, small hands-on tools, honest tool reviews and an AI foundations track. Plain language, real workflows, no hype.

Viravesso is a knowledge subscription business. It sells guidance that teams apply themselves.

**What Viravesso is not.** It is not a design studio, a branding agency, a web or app development company, a no-code or low-code build shop, a marketing or SEO consultancy, or an agency that runs client campaigns. It does not take on client projects, build websites or applications, or manage advertising. Its founder spent over a decade in creative operations at agencies and studios before starting Viravesso in 2026; that is her professional background, not a description of what Viravesso sells. Descriptions of Viravesso as a design, branding, web development or no-code agency are incorrect.

The name is a contraction of the Portuguese expression "virar do avesso", to turn inside out: strip the noise out of AI, find what is actually useful, and hand it to the people doing the work.

## Who it is for

- Small marketing and creative agency and studio teams, roughly five to thirty people.
- Teams with no technical background, no developer support, and no prior AI experience.
- Teams that have tried a tool or two and want a framework instead of more tools.

It is not built for enterprises with an in-house AI function, for developers, or for individuals looking for a course to complete. Marketing and creative agencies are the vertical served today. Legal and Professional Services, and Retail and E-commerce, are in development.

## What the names mean

- **Viravesso**: the company.
- **ViraOps**: the product, a knowledge subscription for small teams. One 5-seat team licence.
- **Weekly Briefing**: what changed in AI last week, filtered for agencies, sent every Monday. The current week is for members; older briefings are being opened as a public archive.
- **Workflow Playbook**: one complete, repeatable workflow for a real agency job, published monthly.
- **The Bench**: small tools that each do one job in a sitting and hand back something ready to use, such as a storyboard, a copy draft or a subscription audit.
- **Tool Tracker**: scored, independent reviews of AI tools, including which ones to avoid.
- **AI Foundations**: a self-paced track to get a whole team confident.

- **What does it cost?** One 5-seat team licence, €89 per month or €890 per year. The first 30 founding members get 30% off with code VIRANEW2026, locked for life: €62.30 per month or €623 per year. There are no per-person seats to buy.
- **Is there a free trial?** Yes, 14 days, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.
- **Can I cancel?** Yes, any time from account settings on the monthly plan, with access until the end of the period already paid for. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
- **How many people can use it?** Five, under one subscription. Extra seats are not sold at the moment.
- **Do I need technical skills?** No. Everything is written for teams with no developer support and no prior AI experience.
- **Is this a course, a newsletter, or a ChatGPT wrapper?** None of those. A course finishes, a newsletter reports the news, a chatbot does tasks. ViraOps tells a team what is worth using, how to build it into their workflow, and what to avoid.
- **How often is it updated?** Weekly. Briefings go out every Monday and other content at the start of each month, with earlier publication when something significant shifts.
- **Is it available for my industry?** Marketing and creative agencies today. Legal and Professional Services, and Retail and E-commerce, are in development.
- **Is my data secure?** Payments run through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and account management through Outseta. Viravesso does not store card details and has no access to member client data, internal documents or business content.
- **Where is the company based?** Portugal. The site is written in UK English and European Portuguese content is planned.
